Here’s a look at 12 Stones first major initiative…

A generous community member heard about our mission and was inspired to help move 12 Stones into action by purchasing our first property. This eight-unit apartment building will undergo some long overdue renovations and then be opened to residents. Potential residents are required to complete an application process with Family Renew Communities and submit to program requirements that will help equip them for independence and success.
